  1. 15-Minute Discovery Call

    We look at your numbers together. How many leads, where they came from, average project size. I run the math live: [your leads] × 3% reactivation × close rate × average project = potential recovered revenue. If the math works, we move forward. If it doesn't, I'll tell you.

  2. Payment & Kickoff

    $997 setup fee via Stripe. We schedule a 30-minute kickoff call within 3 business days. I'll need your lead database (CSV export), brand basics (logo, hours, core offer), and one decision-maker for approvals. 72-hour deadline for materials.

  3. Database Analysis (Days 1–2)

    I import your leads and segment by: time since last contact, lead source, estimated project value, and engagement history. This tells us where the gold is and which leads to prioritize.

  4. Campaign Build (Days 2–5)

    Custom email and SMS sequences written in your voice. All 7 control layers configured. Pipeline stages set up. Dashboard built. Everything tested with internal test contacts before you see it.

  5. Your Approval (Days 5–7)

    I present every email, every SMS, every workflow to you. You approve each one word-for-word. I walk you through the dashboard and kill switch. Nothing launches without your written sign-off. This is Layer 1.

  6. Launch

    Campaign goes live. First responses typically within 48 hours. Your phone buzzes when someone responds—you reply like a normal conversation. The system handles the outreach; you handle the relationships.

  7. Ongoing Optimization

    Monday: weekly performance report delivered. Wednesday: 10-minute check-in call (what's working, what to adjust, any issues). Ongoing: campaign tuning based on response data. Monthly: proof token minted from your results.
