Terms of Service

1. Services

Reditus Media LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides lead reactivation and marketing automation services for businesses. Our services include database analysis, custom email/SMS campaign creation, GoHighLevel CRM setup and automation, and ongoing campaign optimization.

 

2. Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon agreement and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly service fees are billed via autopay on the same date each month. Work pauses after 48 hours of late payment. A 90-day minimum service term applies. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the minimum term.

 

3. Service Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of all listed service deliverables plus weekly reporting. If we achieve less than a 2% reactivation rate within 60 days, we will continue working at no additional charge for up to 30 additional days. This is a process guarantee, not a revenue guarantee. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control including your industry, lead quality, sales process, and responsiveness.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide: access to your lead database in CSV or compatible format, brand materials (logo, business hours, core offer description), and a single decision-maker for campaign approvals. Materials must be provided within 72 hours of kickoff. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines accordingly.

 

5. Scope of Work

Our services include: pipeline setup, lead capture automation, follow-up sequences, reactivation campaigns, weekly reporting, and dashboard access. Services do NOT include: website design or development, paid advertising management, CRM migrations beyond agreed contact lists, multi-location deployments, or staff training beyond one onboarding session.

 

6. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to text messages from Reditus Media LLC, you agree to receive SMS messages at the phone number you provided. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and service-related follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

 

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact chris@reditusmedia.com. Consent to receive texts is not required to purchase our services. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

7. Data & Privacy

We handle your lead data with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose other than delivering the agreed-upon services. You confirm that you have the right to contact the leads in your database and that they were acquired through legitimate means.

 

8. Intellectual Property

Campaign copy, email templates, and strategies created specifically for your account are yours to keep after your service term. Our proprietary systems, automation architecture, workflow designs, and snapshot templates remain our intellectual property.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not liable for results of third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, email providers, SMS carriers, etc.) experiencing downtime, policy changes, or delivery failures.

 

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice after the 90-day minimum term. Upon termination, we will provide a final performance report and export of your campaign data. Access to the GoHighLevel sub-account and automations will be transferred or deactivated within 14 days of termination.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

 

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
